About Your PSRA CPD Requirements
Under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011, all PSRA licence holders must complete 5 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) each calendar year to remain compliant with PSRA regulations. To support this requirement, Public Affairs Ireland (PAI) is officially accredited by the Property Services Regulatory Authority to design and deliver CPD training for the property services sector.
Your 2026 CPD Bundle (€145)
PAI provides a simple, compliant CPD package for PSRA licence holders (A, B, C and D).
Each annual bundle includes:
✓ Two Compulsory Modules
These modules are set by the PSRA each year and must be completed by all licensees to satisfy their statutory CPD obligations.
These modules focus on the PSRA Act and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), ensuring all licence holders meet their core regulatory obligations.
✓ Three Optional Modules (Choose Any 3)
Participants select three additional modules from the approved list to complete the required annual total of five CPD hours.
Optional modules cover a wide range of professional development topics relevant to property services, allowing you to tailor your CPD to your own interests and business needs.
✓ One Price for Full Compliance
Your full set of five modules, 2 compulsory + 3 optional, is provided as a single €145 CPD bundle.
Once purchased, all modules are delivered online through PAI’s dedicated PSRA learning platform and can be completed at your own pace before 31 December 2026.
